Boston RGO Photo Contest

POINT STRUCTURE (Most points WINS!)
Submitted photos will be awarded POINTS based on the following criteria:
Recentness (2007=20pts, 2008=40pts, 2009=60pts, 2010=100pts)
Identifiable Alpha Delts (10pts per person)
Chapter Variety (40pts for each chapter/affiliate represented)
Era Variety (20pts for each era** represented)
New Englandiness Bonus (Identifiable New England landmark=50pts, Identifiable Boston-area* landmark=100pts)
ADPS Event Bonus (100pts if photo was taken at a chapter house or during an official undergraduate or alumni event)

The maximum number of points is 880, the way I count it. (Granite and Middlebury have graduate members, Harvard does not.)
* "Boston-area" is defined as Suffolk, Middlesex, and Norfolk counties. Sorry, Essex.
** "era" is defined as a four-year spread between the 'grad years' of members in the photos. For example, if the span of years of members in the photo is 1997-2000, that's a single 4-year era. If it's 1997-2001, that's 2 eras. If it's some 1999-2000 and some 2005-2007, that's 2 eras (skips the missing middle)
RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Photos MUST meet the following qualifications to be submitted:
The photo is yours to submit (ownership issue!) and you are a member of the Society (undergrads included)
Everyone pictured in the photo is OK with you submitting their image
Only 3 photo submissions allowed per person per week
Photo includes 3-10 identifiable Alpha Delts - include in your email as much Name/Chapter/Year as you know for everyone in the photo
Include in your email when and where the photo was taken
Photo contains ONLY graduate members of Alpha Delta Phi Society chapters,
meaning the people in the photo were all graduate members at the time of the photo. (no undergrads, no non-members)
Photo was taken in 2007 or later
Photo was taken somewhere in New England (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT)
RINGER photos are ENCOURAGED: photos taken for the sole purpose of winning this contest are allowed and encouraged.
Photos must be emailed as .jpg attachments to ME, Jennifer Ragsdale, before Friday, March 12th, 2010.

Understand that there is NO REWARD other than the satisfaction of BRAGGING RIGHTS.
Understand that all submissions could potentially be used on the website adps.org and/or in an issue of the Society Xaipe.
JOKE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED!
Joke/photoshopped submissions ARE allowed, as long as they generally/sorta adhere to the Rules/Restrictions AND are CLEARLY indicated to be JOKE photos.
If I receive 5 or more joke photos from 2 or more people, I will calculate their points and announce a winner for the category.
