Delegates to the 2009 Alpha Delta Phi Society Convention and Leadership Training Conference adopted two proposed Constitutional Amendments for distribution to the Chapters for possible ratification. Under the Society's Constitution, Constitutional Amendment votes must be held prior to October 12, 2009, deadline.
The proposed Amendments include a modification to the Consitution's term limits provisions for members of the Board of Governors to allow future Conventions to waive the provision through the passage of a Convention resolution and a clarification of the vice president's duties to reflect current practice.
